OHODN Hackathon

The OHODN Hackathon is a collaborative, action-oriented event where members from across the network come together to tackle real, current challenges facing OD practitioners in Ontario healthcare.

A hackathon is a focused, time-bound working session where people with diverse perspectives pool their expertise to rapidly generate practical solutions to shared problems. Rather than presentations or theory, the emphasis is on co-creation, experimentation, and tangible outputs.

At this event, we will:

• Form cross-organizational working groups around priority themes

• Apply OD thinking, tools, and lived experience to design solutions

• Leave with tested ideas, prototypes, and next steps that members can adapt and use in their own organizations
