The Leadership Development Community of Practice brings together professionals who are passionate about growing leadership capability  across the OHODN. Members collaborate regularly to explore emerging trends, share experiences, exchange resources, and ask meaningful questions that deepen our collective understanding of leadership development. Insights and materials from the group are shared across the broader network to support stronger, more connected leadership practices system-wide.
